Slideshows

A collection of simple slideshows set to music using Pictures 2 Exe. Most of the shows have been created to provide relaxation although a couple move along with a little more pace and humour. The shows are not provided to show off any skills in the audio-visual field or in any software. You are welcome to download any of these sequences if you like them.
   

Callaly Trees 2003     ( 4m 20sec )

          The first slideshow created in Pics2Exe and based upon a love of autumn colours and trees in Callaly, Northumberland a favourite place and set to very gentle music.
   

Birds at Wallington    ( 1m 3sec )

          A short sequence featuring a few birds in and around the Wallington   grounds in Northumberland and set against a bird call soundtrack.

 
   

Car Panels Original   ( 8m 42sec )

          A chance encounter with Classic cars on a sunny day at Hartside Cafe near Alston provided a myriad of shapes and lines within the car panels and bodywork. An idea was born. Several hundred pictures later, the show gives a hint of where I was trying to get to.
   

Car Panels 3rd Image ( 2m 13sec )

          The follow up to the first show with the 3rd images giving an insight of what was in my mind. I'm happy and still making more of the same.
   

Flower Scrapbook      ( 6m 20sec )

          A love of flowers presented in a turnover book page style.

 
   

A Day at the Coast     ( 2m  28sec )

          A presentation using grid patterns to contain the images. A very effective and different way to present a sequence and titles.

 
   

Flower 3rd Images      ( 3m 15sec )

          Always striving for the 3rd image of 2 slide projectors but in an electronic medium. I'm not there yet.
   

Gibside Gallery           ( 2m 5sec )

          A fun representation of the hanging of our images for our exhibition at Gibside, near Burnopfield in the North East. It's Margaret hanging the     pictures.
   

Flowers & Things       ( 2m 29sec )

          Playing around on a rainy day led to this sequence and a highly   successful "Cup & Chrysanthemum" picture
 
   

Hepworth Memorial Gardens      ( 3m 5sec )

          A bit of a tribute to one of our national sculptors. It's a tranquil place without the tourists and we had never been so close to actual stone sculptures.
 
   

Rake Lane      ( 3m 22sec )

          Sad to see the decline of a former huge farm but it gave some interesting  images. The music really helps to set the mood I wanted to create.

          A fun annual event even with Blair.

 
   

Robin Jigsaw     ( 50sec )

          Created simply to see if I could create a jigsaw effect.

          Superb car museum in Mulhouse, France. No need for a photo permit here !!

 
   

Wallington Gardens   ( 8m 43sec )

          A gentle stroll through the grounds of Wallington in Northumberland with and assortment of woodland, buildings, birds and flowers. Quite long and slow in pace.
   

Wet Kids   ( 1m 20sec )

          The "Grumpy Old Men" series on the TV inspired this bit of fun.

          A collection of Windows and a few Doors come together rather well as a theme.

 
   

Step Back in Time   (4m 18sec)

           Days out to various "period" museums brought back memories of when I was much younger and of what my parents had told me about their youth
